Delete your OneMessage account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open OneMessage and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email privacy@getonemessage.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photos, approximate location, preferences, message requests, chats and messages, blocks, the reports you made, and your notification tokens. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.

If we must keep specific information for legal or safety reasons, for example about a serious report under investigation, we keep only what's needed, for as long as it's needed. See our Privacy Policy.
