Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Andreas Chouliaras ("we", "us") for your use of the OneMessage app. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use OneMessage

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not barred from using the service under applicable law. You may only have one account, and the information in your profile must be true, including your age and photos of yourself.

2. How the one-message rule works

• You can send each person one message. You can't edit it or send another until they accept your request.
• If they accept, a chat opens. If they decline, or don't reply within 14 days, you can't message them again.
• You can send a limited number of first messages per day.

3. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone, or send unwanted sexual content;
• post nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, hate speech, or anything illegal;
• involve or depict anyone under 18 in any way (see our Child Safety Standards);
• impersonate anyone, use someone else's photos, or misrepresent your age or identity;
• scam, solicit money, advertise, promote other services, or engage in prostitution or escort services;
• use bots or automation, scrape data, or try to get around the one-message rule, daily limits, blocks or other safeguards;
• share anyone's personal information without their consent.

4. Your content

You own the photos, text and messages you post. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and deliver that content only for the purpose of running OneMessage. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons. You confirm you have the right to post everything you upload.

5. Safety, reports and moderation

You can block and report anyone in the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without notice, especially where someone's safety is at risk. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.

We don't run criminal background checks or verify every user's identity. Be careful when talking to people you don't know, never send money, and meet in public places. You're responsible for your interactions with other users.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). See how to delete your account. We may end or suspend your account if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.

7. The service

OneMessage is currently free. We may change, add or remove features. We work to keep the service available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you'll meet anyone.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users, on or off the app, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using OneMessage after that, the new terms apply.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first at hello@getonemessage.com so we can try to resolve any issue.
